PLEASE BE ADVISED WHEN PAYING YOUR WATER BILL ONLINE THAT THERE ARE MULTIPLE 3RD PARTY BILL PAYING SITES THAT ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE CASEYVILLE WATER DEPARTMENT. WE HAVE NOTICED THAT THERE CAN BE A DELAY IN YOUR PAYMENT REACHING OUR OFFICE IF YOU USE ONE OF THESE OTHER SITES. THIS DELAY HAS RESULTED IN LATE FEES AS WELL AS INTERRUPTION IN SERVICE FOR SOME CUSTOMERS. THE ONLY ONLINE BILL PAY THAT SENDS PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO OUR OFFICE ELECTRONICALLY, IS JETPAY WHICH IS THE ONLINE SERVICE WE OFFER THROUGH THE VILLAGE OF CASEYVILLE WEBSITE AT WWW.CASEYVILLE.ORG. MANY OF THE OTHER SITES CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AND THEN ISSUE US A PHYSICAL CHECK VIA MAIL, WHICH IS THE SAME METHOD USED THROUGH ONLINE BANKING.
PAYMENT WILL NOT BE POSTED TO YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL IT IS RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE REGARDLESS OF WHEN THE BILLING SERVICE DRAFTED IT FROM YOUR ACCOUNT.
CASEYVILLE WATER DEPARTMENT ALSO OFFERS FREE DIRECT DEBIT, WHICH WILL DIRECTLY COME OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ON THE BILL DUE DATE EACH MONTH.
